  • New clients can book the 75 minute custom service! This is a great option for newbies and gives us enough time to change the appointment to what best suits your skin type if necessary.

  • Discontinue retinol and active ingredients at least 48 hours before your appointment. It is not advised to get facial services if you are suffering from a sunburn, active cold sore, or open skin lesion (aside from acne).

  • Yes! My customized services are a great option for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • For special occasions and/or weddings I recommend coming in at least 6 month prior so that we can make sure your skin reacts well to our products and services. This will also give us enough time to ensure a proper at home routine to ensure radiant skin! Dermaplaning should always be done at least 48 hours before your event.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure, wearing SPF and a hat if outside for an extended period (i.e taking a walk). Stay out of the sauna and away from strenuous workouts for the next 24 hours. Avoid exfoliation 3-5 days.

    Pro tips?

    • Change your pillow case the night of your service.

    • Clean off your phone with a disinfectant.

    • Avoid touching your face.

    • Rethink snuggling your pets due to pet dander.

  • Wait to schedule appointments 2 weeks post injections.

  • You can receive a full refund on unopened products for up to 14 days after purchase. Opened products can be returned up to 7 days after purchase. Products in jars are non-refundable due to sanitization.

  • Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you fail to confirm your appointment 24 hrs before, via text / email confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment. SkinHaus x Madison reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 24 hour advance notice. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
