Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you fail to confirm your appointment 24 hrs before, via text / email confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the full amount of the appointment. SkinHaus x Madison reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within a 24 hour advance notice.

While I love hearing about your little ones during our services, the studio has a strict no accompanying children policy. This policy helps me ensure that my clients have an uninterrupted luxury experience at the studio every time.

Clients over the age of 13 are welcome! Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Acne Bootcamp clients must be over the age of 16. Acne Bootcamp clients under the age of 18 MUST commit to:

• the regular in-office Acne Facials with me

• their strict home care regimen

Clear skin cannot be achieved or kept without following requirements.
